Shipping, Exchange and Refund Policy
Shipping
At ApparelAce, we drop-ship items so shipping costs are always free for our US customers. In order to provide you this luxury, please note the terms of our shipping policy. Due to the free & low shipping cost, delivery times can vary.
Orders on average take about 2 weeks within the US. Some shipments can arrive even faster whereas other shipments could delay a bit. We generally take 1-4 weeks to deliver items.
International shipments average from 1-6 weeks.
Processing & Transit
After we receive your order, it is usually processed in 24 hours and can take up 7 days for shipping to begin. After your items are shipped out, transit times may take anywhere between 5 to 15 days for you to receive them. Since we are providing free shipping to all, exact arrival time cannot be guaranteed. However if its been more than 21 days from your order placed you can ask us via mail apparelaceinfo@gmail.com
Tracking
Within a week from the day your order is placed, a tracking number will be available and the same will be sent to you through an email. Please remember, when it comes to tracking your shipment, holidays and weather could distort your arrival dates. The average delivery window is about 2 weeks and some orders do arrive faster while others may have some delay.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at apparelaceinfo@gmail.com
Returns
We do not allow returns or exchanges unless we made a mistake by sending wrong items, which we will happily exchange the item for your correct order. Please look at the sizing chart. The items we sell typically runs a size or 2 smaller so we encourage purchasing a size or 2 larger in clothing. Other than for mistakes made on our side, we do not allow any exchanges or refunds. Mishaps
